Cheap Entry Fee to get into a property with a nice 5.5% Interest Rate.
Current monthly payment does have PMI included, so someone ambitious could make extra payments and get the PMI removed pretty quick.
Will admittedly be tough to cash flow as a rental, but anyone looking for a primary home with little out of pocket or to just add a house to the portfolio for a measly $16k should can do well here.
